Business Strategy: Your Roadmap to Success
In The last episode of my podcast we delve into the topic that is crucial for every entrepreneur - creating an effective business strategy. It is not only the foundation of our actions, but above all a map that leads us to the goal, avoiding unnecessary obstacles.
Business strategy is a topic river, but in the episode I tried to simplify it and show that even the biggest plans start with a few simple questions. They shape our actions, help us focus on what matters most and, above all, allow us to understand where we are actually going.
For me, the minimum of strategy is to answer 3 questions:
- What We Do (What Value We Provide)
- For whom
- How we do it
During the podcast, I discuss each of these questions in detail, emphasizing the importance of understanding our own business and the market in which we operate. The business strategy I am talking about is not a multi-page document, but rather a living plan that evolves with us and our business.
