The tender management team at a global logistics company answers large tender requests under deadline pressure. As an experiment, I set up an AI agent in the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, where the team already works. The agent goes through the tender documents, organises the requirements and prepares material that a person reviews and approves. There is no new tool to roll out, and no data leaves the client’s environment.
